Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of sofa cushions, throw pillows, and area rugs. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging—with all tags and labels intact. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined in your order confirmation email or visit the relevant section of our store. You will need to provide your order details to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you receive your RA number, package the product securely, attach the RA label (if provided), and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item—In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. For refunds, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of approving your return. Refunds will include the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible, with standard shipping costs covered by us (unless you request expedited shipping, which will incur additional fees).
Please note that we are not responsible for returned items that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit—we recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package. If we do not receive your returned item within 14 days of you receiving your RA number, we may cancel your return request. Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order—please provide photos of the defect or damage to assist with our inspection process. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.
